Drivers, please print and complete this form when you race your first night with us. If we do not receive a W-9 form, you will not be able to relieve pay for the night. This is a one time only form to complete.

For any and all minors to enter the pit area, this minor release form must be completed by both parents or guardians and Notarized. Please have this form completed when you arrive to ensure the minor may be allowed into the pit area. This is a one time completion form and will be kept on file every year.
